About the artist

I'm Lou, and I’m a Melbourne-based designer & Illustrator.

I spend my days drawing random objects and bringing them to life in a fun, colourful way! When I'm not drawing I'm working with brands on communicating their values through fun and engaging designs.

I’d like to say I’m a complex human being who often contemplates existential issues, but really my biggest problems consist of what colours to use and where to holiday next. In a nutshell, I love design, illustration and drawing silly things.

How I spend my time:

– Thinking up and organising events like Water, an Exhibition for Change

– Spending my days drawing random life musings and illustrations

– Watching sticks burn and getting mindful with Moody Incense

– Looking for cute boys to practice my Spanish with

– Getting creative with my gal pals at Ladies who make things

– Creating art in Mexico

– Turning wine bottles into little cylindrical art works by making wine labels

– Falling down an inspiration hole designing wine labels for Winespirational

I love drawing, puns and ramen. I’m a jack of all trades and master of none. Jokes, I’m awesome. Lets collaborate!
